Lost in curls...

If I could just doodle away for the rest of my life I'd really be happy.

I doodle away all day
I get lost in curls
Lines and colours
Shapes and forms
Wild imaginings

My lines begin straight
Aiming for the horizon
Full of expectations
But they curve round
Back to another start

Chasing after dreams
Then chasing them away
Chasing my own tail
Like a rabid hound
Going round in circles

I run after passing caravans
Briefly following their dust
Aching to embark on their journey
Then I slump back in the sand
As they slowly fade away

I go down to the well
Then turn away dry
Clutching my empty urn.
I am left full of thirst
For life as it slips away

I see mountains in this one.

Lovely words, profound.

Yes, there are mountains and a gazelle, Akelamalu.

Caro, I shall keep on doodling.

Daphnée, yes I do but it doesn't even rhyme!

I do like this picture, the longer I look at it the more I see.

Do you need some sunshine Cream?

The new thought "what you think will become" (from The Secret). Imagine for all you wish for cream, imagine hard and believe it and it will come.

Doodle and be happy!

Lettie, I loved that programme. Remember Morph... ;o) Ta, S.

Thanks Dizzy, I really need some sunshine. Maybe in the next couple of weeks.
I'll have to check The Secret out if I knew where to look.

Arrh babe!, you really have taken to this doodle life haven't you?

I think we need to hire you a gipsy
caravan, and send you down a sunny road. Selling your wears along the way, and charming folks with the wonderful words that you say..

How funny, I just saw "The Secret" a couple of days ago. Cream, I think you are coming undone... and you know what? I think that is a very good thing. You are on the right path for you.

You are having too much fun with this! Have you thought of printing up and framing the series? They'd look great as a unit.

L, I shall have to look out for The Secret. You've seen the whole saga unfold, so I am glad you have hope for me.

Andrea, I still think they're just doodles but I will try to frame them and see.

Rhyme? You need rhyme, Cream? With such great images? My goodness, I've read this over and over, following that line that headed out for the horizon, towards dreams, but ended up in the dust instead. I'm much impressed. Bravo. Encore.
