Sorry, I did not answer your comments but here is a thought.
I still insist that the heart does rule most of our decisions.
You may not realise it but even in the most banal of cases of day to day decisions, it is invariably the heart that wins over the head...
Let's say for instance, you get up, shower and then stand in front of the wardrobe for ten minutes, (less than 10 seconds in my case) wondering what to wear...
Of course it will depend whether you are going to work, play or dance... But in each case it will be your heart that will rule the choice.
Can you think of any instances where you heart has won over your head or vice-versa?

My heart rules my head all the time. Every time I buy new clothes, jewellery, a handbag - my head says I can't afford it but my heart say "I want it!"

my heart rules. even when I'm "being prudent" it is only because there is something that my heart wants more than immediate gratification.
my head gets involved after my heart has set the goals. my heads job is to figure out how to get there. sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.
Living without my heart at the core wouldn't be living for me.

My head decides on how logical is is
My heart takes the decision

i can't think of any instances when my head won over my heart....
I don't about handbags or jewellery, Akelamalu but with clothes my heart rules. If I feel comfy in them, they're ok.
Hayden, that is exactly moi! My head takes care of the travelling arrangements after my heart has chosen the destination...
I love that Goth! It does shake but as long as the heart is happy everything else falls into place.

my heart won over my head in a major and stupid way before my first marriage, and my head won over my heart in a stubborn and nervous way just before my second marriage.

In my case the heart comes up with the idea, the brains then argue it out for what seems like ages and them we compromise, well sometimes compromise.
If its the sensible brain then the heart loses, if its the flipant easy-go-lucky brain then it ok, we win.
